  • what company engine di dyou buy?

  • Are they legal to drive on streets without moto liscence if you live in australia and your 14 years old?

  • @tommychill100 check with your city laws. In ontario when i live its illegal for anyone under 16 to operate one of these.

  • @windsorsk8crew Ok thanks mate

  • what is the top speed of that motor? and which on is faster the 80cc or the 66cc?

  • @uSee218 The speed I believe is all kinda relative to the type of bike you use, your weight too. I've gone 30 mph. There are many enhancements you can make with performance exhaust pipes, bored manifold, search piratecycles.c

80cc and 66cc as I understand it, is the same motor... I know sounds crazy, but that's what it says in a paper that comes with the kit. Apparently different countries determine cc's differently.

  • @jolo16 Awesome, I fuckin knew it. thanks

  • @jolo16 Your 66cc engine is classed as a 70cc unit - it's just rounded up to the nearest recognised capacity as are all engines (eg. most 250cc's are 249). The model designation of your motor is F80, that's a model number, not an engine capacity. Hope that clears up some confusion. If any business is advertising it as 80cc instead of F80 they are trying to con you. Individuals advertising it as such should be given the benefit of the doubt as they're probably genuinely unaware of the difference.

  • @uSee218 80cc and 66cc are the same. An 80cc motor is actually 66cc, so they should go the same speed.

  • how long did it take to install all together?

  • @dcnadeau770 about 6 hours.

  • Where did you get the motor and stuff??

  • @justingo24 search on ebay for bicycle gas kit. I got mine from luckyearlybird for $135.00 including sh over a year ago. Mine says 66.5 cc slant, but I hear that is the same as 80cc, they call it differently in different countries, I guess. So basically there is 2 different kinds... 48cc or 50cc (same thing) and 66.5 cc or 80cc (same thing). There are also numerous after market parts out there to soup it up. My brother in law gets his going to 42 mph! He on the other hand is a mechanic

  • @jolo16 What website to get this stuff at.?

  • Good job dude

  • hello jolo16! What is the name of the engine kit you got and what is the displacement (cc)? Also, how much did the kit cost? you made me want to do this as well, thank you for giving me the confidence to try this out!

  • @jolo16 brother in law is a mechanic that speaks a different language and lives on an island so I can't tell you specifics on how to soup it up. Pirate cycle is a great resource on line, as well as others. Have fun

Massive respect to you! THanks for not being greedy for a cheap dollar and trying to charge people money to tell them how to install the parts they have purchased! YOU ROCK!
