When you boil water with F- in it you're actually boiling off the water, not the fluoride. If you found a way to recapture and condense that steam, that would be your purified water.
If you're interested you can get a Britta water filter very cheap ($50), it works by reverse osmosis so gets rid of 99.9% of flouride in tap water...you might have to get it shipped over from the UK / Europe
Agree with submerino: You can't boil off sodium floride. If you want to get rid of floride, you need a reverse osmosis purifier (which is expensive, about $300).
Although he's not getting rid of the fluoride by boiling, he is getting rid of the chlorine, which is much much more important.
