What's wrong with these protesters? They have their signs checks, coat check, got all their chants down pat check....gas mask....oops forgot the gas mask. Maybe they should remember the next time to bring a gas mask and maybe some pepper spray of their own? Afterall i guess it's legal in LA to use it while purchasing video games. The police that use Pepper spray against protesters should be charged with violating the civil rights of those people. They should be charged with assault with a deadly weapon, torture , false arrest. They should be stripped of their badge I would not protest out there I just cant afford them to handle me the wrong way I have had major back surgery and just cant take that level of stress.

Mr. Loghman is telling the truth about the use of force model, I know it also VERY well. The only time your allowed to use chemical agents (OC or pepper spray) is when someone is actively resisting or causing serious bodily harm to the officer or another person in his presence. As you can clearly see, this was not the case & is a clear violation of their own policies. This is the least of our problems. Predator drones & UAV's are now legal to use against US citizens starting THIS month! UNREAL!
