I just bought my Cintiq a little while ago. I am Loving it! Having trouble with all the 'shortcuts' but it's awesome none the less. I can't wait until I can be as good as this artist
The hardware costs $2k USD, it might cost more outside of the america's though. They sell a cheaper tablet with a screen for $1k, and there are tablets you can buy that do without the screen for something more affordable (especially if you are just looking at this as a hobby)
