My uncle worked at Century in Manistee back in the 50's. Their big V8 in those days was a Cadillac engine which I believe was also a 390. I have a 1956 16' Resorter with a Gray Marine in-line 6 that I hope to restore some day.

I bought this boat last fall. It's a special boat in that it has the Chrysler 426 Wedge engine from the factory. Most 19' Resorters have the Ford 390....The 426 sealed the deal for me...
