This song brings back good but very negative emotions. When I got to this area in the game my cat was hit by a car, so whenever I go there I start to feel a bit down. I shrug it off though, and rush the level.

I actually love pretty much all Okami soundtracks. But this one is one out of thousand that I took notice of. It has a certain charm that makes you want to listen too it and it never loses that charm.
Okay, I've got a problem. This isn't the same Ryoshima Coast 2 that we hear in the game.
Go to presents from Issun, and listen to Ryoshima II, and you'll hear a different intro to the 2nd track than on the OST. The rest is the same, but listen, and you'll a little difference. It's an awesome track, and the florish at the beginning of the one in Issun's presents is amazing.
My favourite track along with The Sun Rises...I remember being on a beach and running like an idiot with my headphones on (playing this song) And my friends were like..WTF??? What is she doing?! People are watching! And I was OKAMI! Ryoshima Coast!! YAAAY!...I will never forget that , it probably looked weird but I don't care. I really wanted to be Amaterasu myself.. :)

I've played a LOT of superb games, but I'm struggling to think of a game with a better soundtrack than Okami, and I'm struggling to think of a better theme in ANY game than Ryoshima Coast.
This theme perfectly fits the ideology of the game. The fight to rid the world of evil is never over...but the fight for good is still going on and will always go on. The never give-up attitude, and perseverance of Okami and this theme will live on forever in my heart.
lol! Before I got my hands on the soundtrack, I'd stop in the middle of the game just to listen to this. It's my favorite on the entire game. So epic.
Yeah. It's very epic. Great game. I'm going to admit, when I first saw the trailer for Okami, I wasn't impressed. I thought it was going to be a Zelda knockoff with a neat idea, but they pulled it off perfectly. One of my favorite games now. Very Zelda-ish which isn't a bad thing.
Oh why the great ones don't get any commercial succes? Okami is artisticly really the pinnacle of the games and as a game one of the bests, easily. Anyone claiming otherwise has just a shitty taste. What a great game, in every aspect.
It won't. Its only sold around 300,000 units worldwide. Think of it like okami died in its prime. No long drawn out existence for this beauty of a game.

I agree. Shinshu field's theme is pure beauty. On the other hand, I think that this track is pure epic. In any case it is wonderful to hear.

Yeah. It's very epic. Great game. I'm going to admit, when I first saw the trailer for Okami, I wasn't impressed. I thought it was going to be a Zelda knockoff with a neat idea, but they pulled it off perfectly. One of my favorite games now. Very Zelda-ish which isn't a bad thing.

Oh why the great ones don't get any commercial succes? Okami is artisticly really the pinnacle of the games and as a game one of the bests, easily. Anyone claiming otherwise has just a shitty taste. What a great game, in every aspect.

It won't. Its only sold around 300,000 units worldwide. Think of it like okami died in its prime. No long drawn out existence for this beauty of a game.
