Basically it's my personal mission to document as much of this as possible in video format so that others can follow along and replicate the sort of work being done with page_manager. I'll be adding more videos to the list :-)

I watched this live, but it wasn't until this second viewing that I fully understood the breakdown from hook_menu and hook_menu_alter. I think you did a great job, but it is difficult to explain something that has so many facets. I still need to sit and think about the difference between a views content pane versus context, but I think I have it. More walkthroughs would help as well, but I know you're busy developing. Thanks for screencast!
