i have had my right shoulder fixed in surgorey already and my left has dislocated over 75 times. i usedto wrestle with messed up shoulders, get that shit fixed.. im 20 and feel like im 90 year old man. i can still get thos 20 one handed pushs ech arm but shit get it looked at homie
my shit always pops.....doesn't dislocate completely but shit hurts for a good 15 minutes.....i'm like double jointed in both shoulders.....i was born feet first...that probably explains a lot
i have that injury very regularly( i need to have surgury on it soon) it sucks for me right now though because i have just let it go for years and now i can barely lift my arm past 90 degrees.
me to! Looks normal, i should know, happened to me 5 times lol just had surgery and i wish i never had it!! soooo annoying, lost all my muscle and iv started to do weight training but had a good telling off by my doctors! :(
I didn't dislocate it myself. This video shows me popping back INTO PLACE from having it dislocated in game.
I dove to catch a disc with my right arm outstretched, and a guy about 6'3, 220 dove at it from a 90 degree angle behind me and landed on my arm, dislocating it.
It hurt like a bitch and I would never try to dislocate and part of my body on purpose.

My shoulder pops frequently... along with my elbow. It kinda hurts, but I don't think they're as painful as when you dislocate them.
