sulfuric acid acts as a catalyst, if you dont know what that is then you shouldn't be making this, lighting it would theoretically works but you would have 3rd degree chemical burns on your hand from lighting this highly volatile mixture, i would suggest using s blow torch, or a NATO match with extended burn so that you'll light and drop

are you talking about where to get kclo3? theres kclo3 in matches.. but only 40-50% so you will have to purify it..
