  • Piss off, lol, only the french could get away with this, lol

  • Does anyone ever stop and think that Kehaar is alot like jeremy from the secret of nimh?

Hey Jeremy look it's your long lost brother.

  • @ceitiosaurus So glad someone's seen both these films and realized they're similar.

  • Keharr is a Herring Gul...we get them here ALL SUMMER...shouting "PISS OFF" to the local people ALL day and night ( im not kidding)..roll on Autumn!

  • those who love this movie but havent yet read the book, you cant imagine what fun it is to think about this voice each time you read lines of kehaar! :D they did a good job with that choice sure did!

  • Finding out that Kehaar was based on a member of the Norwegian Resistance makes me love him even more.

  • is long way? LOL

  • I dont know who came up with the idea for Kehaar but hes brilliant. So funny when he says "Piss off"!

  • @andysim232 Apparently Kehaar was based on a soldier in the Norwegian Resistance that the author, Richard Adams, met in WWII

  • "From big big vata!" I love how Kehaar says "Kehaar....kehaar" over and over again at 1:22

  • We help you .......PISS OFF! Make me laugh every time! kehaar rulez

    PISS OFF!!!

  • @ZambianMoshPit ROTFL

  • @ZambianMoshPit id love that, be the funniest thing in the world. Id like to go feed the ducks and see how much abuse I could get off of them.

  • I remember Kehaar in the book. H was SO FUNNY! :-D Peeg Vater Peeg Vater Hilarious!

  • I had to watch this movie for Language Arts class, because we read the book. This was about a year ago, and I think everyone giggled at this part :D

  • piss off!! Lol bigwig lol funny name i saw the whole film when i was really young it was scary to me lol

  • "PISS OFF!"

    :'D

  • Aw... kind of a dissapointment. I imagined Kehaar not to be so scratchy! Well... he is a bird... but his accent seemed more prominent in my mind. He was my favorite!

  • 0:43 = HAHAHAHA! Always makes me laugh! :D

  • mmm kehaar

  • "Is long way?"

  • Kehaar's a lot more goofier in the film. The book has him (at least how I imagined him to be) a lot larger, sitting in some hole, and very aggressive. Here he looks like he's drunk.

And I always imagined him to have a Caribbean accent, haha.

  • Kehaars music is awesome

  • Aww, cute little Pipkin at 0.50

  • hhshahhahahah

z's fav part of his life

  • PISS OFF!

Haha, I wish all kid's films were like this.

  • compared to the rest of the film, this scene is really tame lol

  • I THOURT IT WAS A KIDS FILM???

  • he said p!ss of. lol

  • LOL I didn't know Rik Mayall did Kehaar. "PISS OFF!" Rofl.

  • Shit that's wrong. Rik's filmography and Wiki say different.

  • This is the earlier Martin Rosen one.

    The better, IMHO

  • rik mayall did keehar in the animated series in 1999

i dont think he did keehar in this film.

  • You're right :o Zero Mostel did him in the movie.

  • i love kehaar:p

  • BIG VATER.

  • I remember watching this when I was a little kid. My parents would constantly say to me not to say piss off in public.

    Best scene in the film!

  • Kehaar is my favorite character.

    Best part is 1:08 lol.

  • im sure it was fuck off as my brother and sister would still laugh about it to this day

  • Four years later, "The Secret of NIMH" was released to cap off the success of "Watership Down", even borrowing a few elements from this film like a bird for comic relief.

  • I watched this at school

    ...

    The pigeon LOL

  • hahahaa I love kehaar!! Is long way?

  • LMAO this is my favourite part in the entire film thanks for uploading, Kehaar kicks ass!

  • I Love That Seagull HaHa

  • "piss off" ...thats all? >.>

I'd heard he said worse than that, but I wouldn't exactly count this as swearing...

  • Omg lol, don't you no that this is ment for like 6 year olds, it can't exactly have swearing can it XD

This as my fav vid when i was little!

    xx

  • STUPID BUNNY!

  • haha when i read the book i thought he was going to have like a jamacan accent or something

  • i'd have to say that Kehaar is one of my favorite characters

i like how the "hedgerow" speech is written in the book, in the movie it sounds maybe like a German accent

  • HAHA hes hilarious!! Plenty good is my catchphrase, and I fell about laughing at PISS OFF

  • "PISS OOOFF!"

  • i love this film up until the end when they all start getting killed :'(

  • Kehaar made this movie! I love it!

  • i watched this movie when i was nine and its not scary! p.s. i own it still

  • I remember watching this when i was very young. I'm not sure how suitable it was for me though, "piss off" has stayed with me ever since!

  • i was sad today. i had heard of this story. i watched it. i'm happy now.

  • xD yeah Kehaar is so funny. I love him. Well Watership Down was my favourite book of all time :)

The movie was good too BUT NOT THE SERIES. they are dumb.

But yeah I dont have a favourite character I love them all

  • lol did you see Hazels expression!

  • ya totally he looks like a complete retard

  • haha he has a norweigan accent

  • kehaar...hes so great.best bit in the book

    lmao

  • This is just wonderful... And for those who say that things like watership down aren't for kids because of the strong languake and violence.... ("PISS OFF!" for you!) I love this book, I love this film. I saw the movie first time when I was about 4-5 years old, and I'm nearly normal. And all the movie is saying is, that even if some animals are cute, it doesn't mean they couldn't be mean to each other. The best film to people of all ages ever.

  • I learned about watership down yesterday, watched the movie on youtube, and now I'm gonna try to find the book

  • Keehar, or how to make a Comic Relief that isn't Odious, but Helpful. :)

my brother bought me a new hardrive & called it 'big water'

so awesome! 'is long way?' he looked so sad! aww! mwah!

    keehar is great!

  • LOL Kehaar is halarious, he's always been my fave character in the movie since I saw it when I was 4. Sept' Frith, but when I was 4, I was obviously afraid of him.

  • Hah!

    Kehaar's da best.

Other than Bigwig, of course ;)

  • PISS OFF In a kids film,Mind you if i remember this film was violent

  • I love Kehaar, he's so cool, when he says Piss Off.

    I get up pretty soon.

  • Fantastic!! great clip..keehar rocks!

  • Out of our friends, we always watch films and decide who's who, well, I'm Keehar! :D:D:D I is happy.

  • From peeeg, peeeg vater! Brilliant book, brilliant film
