For what it is worth, my cousin's mother in law got rich in real estate starting from nothing in only 5 years. Though, this was when the market was hot. Can it be done now? I am not so sure.

Then applied for loans all you welfare people want the easy way out without having to use your brain and educate your self. She basically educated herself to learn and become financially literate.

Very heart-felt...the social workers and the living conditions are very harsh for people on welfare. Some people are comfortable with it and don't seem to have or want a plan to get off of it EVER!! So she is very inspirational...just beautiful.

Being a woman firstly is hard to make it big in a male dominated world, being black & also being poor etc. So credit where it is due. Yes there may be those not working but tht should not take away from those who are working very hard. :)
