  • Many thanks for introducing me to these Russian composers, Hexameron:-)

  • Who is performing?

  • This is very good! Not like Webern's silly academia that he passes off for music.

  • Again, so beautiful!

Who is the artist, by the way? Where can I see more of his work?

  • @quietchannel It looks a lot like Francisco De Goya's work, but I do not think he is the artist...

  • Truly stark.

  • Someone needs to take Otello's cue and write an opera where atonality is the good guy and tonality is the bad guy.

  • @khbsflabhklsrblfauhk Oh yes! That would be amazing!

  • oh dear. s k ry abin would have gotten here too.Early Bartok sounds like this . all the post w a g n e r ians got here . Rachmaninoff &McDowell and a few other old maids (musically speaking) didn't care too. Expressionism comes during every ugly transitional. the only one it actually works for (in my humble opinion ) is Prokofiev and he kept many of its features till later . I rather like this music. Crazy as it is .

  • omg! superb composition and fitting performance

  • It takes a musical genius to compose something this brilliant.

  • Beautiful music, the artwork went with it really well.

  • This evokes a much starker vision than I'm used to (with tonal works.)

    Favourited.

  • Really really amazing music
