He does sound like Morrissey, and I was hoping he wouldn't as I am a true Moz obsessive - but not sure that the band sound like the smiths... You can still hear the real Moz singing this song if you want to ossopunk - I have on several occasions...

Hahaha this is incredible!!! "Morrissey" is spot on (although, is that a cod piece he's wearing?) and the band sound good! Very good! Can I hire them for my thirtieth?!

This is really hard to play live, the guitar on the studio version is all over the show (multi layered, one goes up the other down the other...) I've heard Morrissey's band try this with at least two guitars and a keyboard and it sounded shit. This is great with just one six string guitar - and some boss bass of course. Well done.

The point is: first, the smiths aren't around anymore are they, so to see the song played live, here! Second is great fun to play songs that you and your mates enjoy. Third as a tribute band you can make a living instead of going to an office or a factory, shop, hospital, etc and have a boss. Fourth, to have people like you commenting on things they don't understand. Fifth, stop me if you've heard this one before, but there's nothing wrong with a bit of fun for fun's sake

I'm not having a go at that, it's just any fan gets a bit defensive to know that people are trying to imitate their songs when you know the'll never be as good. I think this version is very good and I have no problem with that.

i was in the original smiths tribute band (the still ills) we played over 1000 gigs throughout the uk and ireland, and that was 12 years ago. wish i was still doing it. keep it up lads !
