I miss these 90s R-rated movies aimed at dads & sons... the James Bonds, Cliffhanger, Die Hard 2 & 3 etc. The last possibilities to share with my old man were like Die Hard 4, Indy 4 (which sucked) and the Quantum of Solace (which wasn't that great). Before that we must travel back to 90s with Saving private Ryan in '98. On a positive note, I had a good time with F & F 5 with my NEPHEW this summer. And now that he's 13, I'm going to give Cowboys & Aliens a shot.

I really liked CRYSTAL SKULL and LIVE FREE (both of which have been getting a lot more hate than I believe they warrant, even if they aren't as good as their predecessors, even though I would probably say they are about on par with their respective Part 2's).

And Cowboys & Aliens was pretty fun.

Well than I'll give you credit for being honest. So many other fans let TEMPLE OF DOOM get away with things that they do not let CRYSTAL SKULL get away with out of nostalgia. I think both are fun adventure films, even though they aren't as good as RAIDERS and CRUSADE.

I have yet to see this one, but I watched the first. And the fourth one looks desperate. The reason I really loved the first one is because its confined. And when I say confined, I mean, he doesn't have to run all over the place (ie, countries, buildings, landmarks, etc.); he is confined to one building, fighting bad guys that are also confined to one building. Being that confined made his task a little bit harder for him.

It was epic, and amazing. Hopefully this one won't disappoint.

In this movie, the chief engineer of Dulles Airport is played by a blek actor, Art Evans. Evans plays the role of Chief Engineer Leslie Barnes. I find it strange that the producers of this movie thought that a blek man could play the role of an engineer. Engineering, as I am acutely aware, requires high technical competency, something that blek people are not usually associated with. I mean, could a blek person have ever built the Concorde. No way. We and the French did.

Ahh, there was a 'die hard Arcade' game relesased a few years after the

die hard 2 movie came out, it was set in the Nakatomi building, didnt do very well, it had to compete with Streetfighter2, Mortal combat2, killer instinct, Toki, and other popular arcade games. i almost peed my pants when i saw this trailer for the 1st time as the 1st film blew me away and got me interested in film making! The 2nd film couldnt top the 1st film but it was still very good.

Sadly this went the route of BATMAN RETURNS and TEMPLE OF DOOM where thankfully the die hard fans (no pun intended) love it, but a lot of others look down on it. Yeah this one was a lot like the first, but it's still a very solid action film.
