wow anthony u look beautiful, your skin looks great too ..
im scare i have no ideas how to eat raw . im so over weight. im tired of feeling sorry for my self.. i need to do this for me . my life need to change. ty for the video love .. blessings always ,may your heart and skin stay healthy always ! <3
OMg, you freaking look AMAZING! Your face looks more toned and ur skin is brighter...looks very different from when u started the raw diet i can tell u that. I'm defintely going to try this.
Good luck man. I'm on a raw food adventure myself. I think 90% of it is about attitude. If you can shake off inbuilt expectations & habits, you've just about cracked it. Two weeks in & my energy levels are way above anything I've experienced for years.
thanks for sharing this Antony. personally I feel that warm cooked food, especially in the winter, is something your body needs. that is, if it is fresh, organic and not overcooked, ofcourse. I eat half raw/half cooked
Hi Kately - My body reacted well. I felt less bloated and lost weight :-) My skin generally improved and I had more energy. Why not give it a try? You don't have to be 100% raw. Green smoothies are a good place to start. Best wishes, Antony
I just watched all 30 videos and didn't think i'd see much of a difference and yet I really have seen a big difference in you. A nice glow. You inspired my daughter and I. Thank You for making the videos. =)
Well, you have inspired me to do a video diary as well. Today is the start of my 100% (xed fingers) journey..I will film my first vid entry 2morrow & will post you the link. I am 11 stone 11 & for a 5ft 3 & 4 in female, I am well over. My goal is 8 1/2 st, that was when I was most confortable. It's for more than just weight loss, its overall health and being more conscious, from a spiritual point of view. Cheerz again and look 4ward to watching more of your vids.
Watch it dude! That cooked food could suck you back in. That happaned to me..became a drug and now it is so hard to get back on. When uk ppl say they lost stone, we americans don't knowhow much that is. Please tell us in pounds. It gets really annoying about the stones...big stones or little stones?
Thank you :-) I can't say that I'm exactly 100% raw these days. Maybe 50%? More when it's warmer. But the whole experience has certainly changed the way I think about food and eating. Best wishes, A x
Hi Antony, I watched all 30 days...it seemed like a long time to watch them...making them must have seemed like an eternity in the beginning..seemed after day 10 you started getting more comfortable. I would love to do a 30 fast but not sure I could make a week. Was wondering what kind of work you did. I work MANY hours a week because of being self-employed. Just gotta make a plan and work your plan..benefits are evident..you looked better on day 30..maybe because you knew you were through :)
Hi Dale - Thanks for your comment. I certainly did get more comfortable with it as I went along. Unfortunately I wasn't able to stick to it - maybe one day! It has left me as a much more conscious eater and that's definitely beneficial. I'm an organisational development manager at a drug and alcohol charity. Challenging but rewarding work. Good luck with whatever you decide to do :-)
Hi Antony I'm I just happen to stumble across one of your video's and I just couldn't stop watching you until I finished the whole series. You come across so honest and excited about your journey with rawfoods. I enjoyed watching you, please ....please do update from time to time. I want to know how you are doing. I have learned some things from you. Keep up the good work. Many others will stumble across your videos and be inspired as I have. Thanks so much.......Linda
Hi Linda - I'm glad you enjoyed the videos and thanks for watching! I'm still eating a lot of raw food in my diet but am eating cooked food too. Trying to do it all a little more consciously! Best wishes Antony :-)
I am not quite raw enough at the moment myself but I am about to do the Bunny Berry 100 day raw food challenge starting 1 Augst. Why not join us? there are over 500 people doing it :-)
Hi Anthony, Corrine here, just dropping by to say hi since i never got round to emailing you. Your looking pretty good after Sura. I managed to lose a bit more weight after coming home but have slid back into old habits :(
Dont stop posting your wonderful recipes and give my love to Tom.
Hi Corrine - Lovely to hear from you :-) I've hit a few old habits myself from time to time (food can be such a great stress reliever) but I'm still aspiring to be high raw . . . One day at a time, hey? Antony xx
Dude your the bomb, thanks for all your hard work to get this out.I can see by your video that you look alot better in the face and with your skinny jeans.I hope you will keep up the videos, because you have a talent with food, that pie looked killer.
Great video. Wouldn't mind getting your linseed cracker recipe in more detail. Looks good. If you ever get weak, I heard a guy on the radio say once that you don't need to eat special foods particularly. Just stay away from as many packaged foods as possible and learn to make yummy salads. By the way, how did that ice cream taste?
Lots of wisdom in this video. You're choosing your own health goals and the way you'll reach them according to what works for YOU, instead of planning your life around being raw. Good common sense and no deprivation! There are no Raw Food Police. I've watched it several times. Easily a Favorite!
Thanks! I'm afraid if there are food police we carry them around inside us . . . I've got a squad in there somewhere but, you're right, I'm definitely learning to do what works for me :-)
Hi! Thanks for your comments :-) The ice cream maker just arrived today actually and hasn't been unpacked yet. I have one recipe idea which, if it works, might well be the subject of my next video :-)
Great job Antony! You look so vibrant and I can really see the transformation in you.. I just slipped up and had a mocha uugh! So now after watching your video, I'm like Ahh I've got to go get some celery NOW lol.. Anyway, I'm really happy for you and I really look forward to seeing more of your videos = )
Thank you so much! You, btw, are clearly benefiting from this diet in your videos as well :-) I know what you mean about coffee. It can be so compelling! And yet apparently it has about 3000 poisons in every cup. Hope you enjoyed the celery.
Hi Antony! I'm Angel and watched all ur vids. U look great! Clear transformation- congrats!! Great diligence and perseverence! I enjoyed and identified with ur experience. I'm 100% Raw for March with goal of High-Raw as a lifestyle (LOTS of weight to lose here!) I pray God blesses your journey with happiness and health and I'm looking forward to following it! I hope you'll visit my blog/vids as well!
Hi Angel - Many thanks both for your comments and for subscribing to my channel :-) My 30 day challenge was certainly an amazing journey with many ups and downs, so I wish you the very best for your commitment for March. I have popped by your channel to subscribe and look forward to following you in your quest. Best wishes, Antony :-)
...but you can get tons of calories from raw food too. Raw tahini, olive oil, tomatoes and sea salt will make a very thick calorie rich nutritious sauce.
Thanks for your comments. I think you've previously said that you are quite tall and feel the need to get through quite a lot of calories to keep you going. That's never been a problem for me. I hope you continue to enjoy your raw food journey and that you did well in your exam :-)
HAHA, it was VERY hard, i would have needed an extra 15 minutes. It took 2 hours. Though, i did a LOT better than others. Most were drunk during the exam. The class average should be around 40%, I'll probably get 75%.
It's okay not to be 100% raw. For example, if spices are organic and you don't know if they are raw you can still eat them.
If your are on a trip and you are going hungry. It is okay to eat a salad that may have for instance pasteurized olives that come from a can coated in bisphenol-A that contains toxic rock salts. We do our best, and that is that.
Good luck staying raw.
Note: Have a cooked meal and you will see how dehydrated and crummy you will feel. It may supply more calories...
Yay! After an intense struggle (which you are well aware of...) over the past few days, I am joining you on your raw journey. Plan to post a video later today.
Great! I'm tempted to say "one day at a time" and I'm tempted to say "it helped me to commit to a period of time" but I have every confidence that you will know what's best for you. I look forward to watching your video :-)
Anthony, you are so cute. Just seem like such a sweet person. So glad that this is working out for you.
