@nder12345 No. An electric machine has a lower operating cost to run compared to a diesel machine. The benefit to a diesel powered dragline, such as this 380, is that it allows the machine to work in areas where it may be too costly or difficult for the mining company to supply the electric power for the machine. Also a diesel machine is a little more versatile than an electric machine
