Thanks :). 71! That's great! I narrowly avoided surgery, but did take 3 months off from training after that. I did have surgery this year and am just getting back to light training after 3 months off.

Hey Steve I"m a judoca from Chile and Sambo is not very famous here, so I don"T know the differences between the Freestyle Sambo and the classic one similar to Judo.
yeah, a bit heavier and taller than me. Also, Anthony and I train together all the time, so we really know each other's game quite well. Not an excuse, but my knees are pretty bad and I don't try many aggressive takedowns any more. I play defense quite a bit.
Yeah, I was dead tired at that point. I heard the timekeeper say 20 seconds so I just defended till the end and let it go. That was a fun match for sure.

take anyone out of there element and they lose. You train in both areas with the best then you cover all bases.
