Huber's is definitely a place you need to go for your first Spanish Coffee. Great show, good drink. However, if you want a superior drink for $3.00 less, you need to journey to Pal's Shanty at 47th & NE Sandy. It will take you back to places you've never been, answer questions unasked, and generally make life worth living for the duration of the glow. You could do worse than to experience their seafood or their famous roast beef sandwich. As a native Portlander, I know of what I speak.
I've had these made by both this gentleman (Don't remember his name,) and Matt (seen in the 'promo video' video uploaded by judesays.) I'd say this guy is *WAY* better at it. (Of course, I seem to remember him saying he's been doing this at Hubers for 20 years or something.)
that is so pimp.

the Spanish Coffee at Hubers really is phenomenal, I had it on my 21st birthday. All Portlanders should try to make the trip to get one.
