oh snap we were doing this in class one time and i was really curious so i tried it and the first time they lifted me like a couple feet then when they did the weird hand trick thingy and when they lifted me i literally flew up and almost hit the ceiling and they had to catch me i was so scared but oh my gosh it was soo cool

Another method is to push down on their shoulders and knees really hard for 10 seconds, and then do it, I dunno why the head trick works lol
