Global climate change isn't bunk. If you have two eyes and a brain you can look up thousands of events around the world happening because of it. In any case, I don't doubt that governments and special interests are taking advantage of the situation. But that doesn't mean the situation isn't real.

I find it interesting that in Mr. Schmitt's recap of his career, he mentions everything EXCEPT being on the moon. (Which 'should' be the greatest achievement of any human to date!)

He even quotes the mission number (Apollo 17), as being the last 'mission', but fails to say, even once, his (so called) Lunar excursion.

It should be enough to cause anybody to at least "consider" what this implies!

Technically the US Government own(ed) the Moon. I think I heard that would be elapsing though, unless renewed, and then default to the UN or something, but I never got the full details.
