  • No, the Garmin live traffic update feature isn't free. Right now it's priced at roughly $60 US Dollars per 15 months. Though, I think there are some Garmin models available for purchase that come with a life time subscription to the traffic feature. Don't waste your money. Google maps/earth already have free traffic analysis tools for you. Soon Google will have its own GPS (Google Positioning System).

  • that traffic thing is free when I have my Garmin?. I have Garmin Mobile XT, does it work with it?
