i actually totally agree with you now. on sunday me and a couple of other black belts were doing breaking, and one of them uses sine wave, even without realising it. and he broke with everything. i just gotta perfect it so i can speed up a little lol.
i remember doing patterns without sine wave! lol. in the TAGB we've always used a combination of hip twist and body weight drop, but i was wondering what caused the introduction of Sine Wave? because it seems to slow movements down, it takes longer to get from A to B when doing sinewave, though admittedly it makes the pattern look a lot more beautiful.
This is a beautiful Yoo-sin. Where I practice, we do not do sine-wave. It looks all right in some forms but I think Yoo-sin looks better without it.
