Most of the world countries do not produce any fossil fuels. That's why there are OPEC countries who DO produce and there is a global market for oil. If ruSSia doesn't sell oil, we will buy it from somewhere else - no problem. With gas it is more complicated and more dependent on geographics and fixed piping. But still, we can do without natural gas. We can import electric energy from Sweden. And don't forget that we produce energy ourselves as well.
