I use this cream when my hair is completely dry, and then I use the straightening iron and then when I am done straightening my hair then I put on the cream again, and it keeps my hair nice and straight on rainy days (when I have to walk outside to the portables at school) and on hot and humid days :)

Ok, im no 'expert hair stylist' or whatever the hell you wanna call it, but i do have kinda bushy/wavy/curly hair naturally.

i use an 'Amika ceramic flat iron' and it works great with my hair! it doesnt break it, and actually is proven to help grow it.

Also, for those women of color try using Pantene or Dr.Maricles hair products. IT REALLY HELPs, im telling you from experience.

Me personally i hate Pantene products because it doesnt give the right amount of moisture. Curly hair thrives on moisture and if you try using a moisturizing Shampoo product for curly hair u will be able to tell the difference.

actually its not wacked. when u have naturally curly hair it is hard to go from a natural curl to a more controlled better looking curl so u straighten it and then curl it for better looking curls not to mention there are gorgeous styles that only half the hair is straight and half is somewhat curled. unless you have naturally extremely curly hair you will never understand what it is like and what we have to go through to make it look descent and not messy since natural curls are messy looking
