BF2 > BF3. Battlefield 2 gameplay is far superior to BF3 gameplay. Much more teamplay (the awesome squadplay). BF3 has been dumped for new players... All are equal now. If you were pro in BF2, you were pro ;). BF2: the best game ever.

If was just a reskin of the old and awsome BF2 it would be just like what Infinity Ward done to the MW series... a 70€ reskin...

I embrasse BF3 as the rightfull successor of BF2 and with the Back to Karkand expasion comin out i'm sure that ALL BF lovers will be very happy with it =)

I hated BF2 because of the IFNV, no stationary anti aircraft missiles, terrible maps, awful spawn system, beginner point system, and being able to disable a helicopter after 2 missiles and watching it fly away while still shooting(what did I disable!?!), oh wait I think I meant BF3....

God i miss this game. Been playing bf3 but it just isnt the same. DICE lost it somewhere. In bf3 the jets suck, the choppers suck (a little less), sniping sucks and the maps are mediocre at best. And what is up with that stupid arcade score shit? Ribbons and points given that easily are worth shit. I get ribbons for laying on my ass FFS. In BF2 it was easy: 2 points for a kill, 1 for assist, period. Sorry for whining but i really miss BF2 and its unprecedented perfection. (even with its bugs)

@MegaMrburns Couldn't agree more. The whole game seems nerfed and noob friendly (fuck that killcam), it's missing that "Battlefield Charm" that I used to get when playing bf 2 and 2142. As far as the scoring goes....if you took out 80% of someone and your mate hits him in the leg to finish him off; its only fair that you receive 80% of the effort put in, not a default half!

@B3n14n9 IMO and in reality, BF2 is hellalot harder to play than BF3 becous the physics are just what they are, you really cant hit anything with weapons unless you're crouching, aiming and not moving. In the BF2142 which is basically the same game, I'm doing alot worse than in BF3. Don't know is it about the casual playerbase or am I just bad in old BFs, nevertheless: BF2 is awesome game and I'd hoped that they had looked more into it when making BF3. Curse you DICE

I miss having all the primary weapons loaded into the vehicles ESPECIALLY the jets with missiles and flares. And what about the server side? NO MORE PRACTICE SERVERS? You have to purchase them now?!
