How long are they going to keep rebuilding these places? The efforts to save bound brook now screwed Middlesex. In the past 10 or so years these areas have seriously flooded 4 or 5 times.
Time to stop wasting money on them and let them go back to their natural state.
Was the flooding with Irene as bad as with Floyd? I'm just wondering because I don't think it was nearly as bad. With Floyd I recall most of the buildings and the local diner were completely underwater, up to their roofs. Did that happen this year with Irene?
