    On that move @ 2:45 ,how to you bring yourself up??

    i can do chest stand and today i tried to do that and i cant get up!

    can you give me a tip,to improve arm strenght??

  • @markoth97 Hi!! I am a contortionist and I am from a very contortion-based school!! What he did is called a double-fold press!! It is not just something you can do!! I know people you can do it but it requires INCREDIBLE arm and upper body strength!! I know girls who have been doing contortion their whol elife and can't do that!! Do a handstand and put your feet on the wall, then do push-ups like that... it helps!!!
