@markoth97 Hi!! I am a contortionist and I am from a very contortion-based school!! What he did is called a double-fold press!! It is not just something you can do!! I know people you can do it but it requires INCREDIBLE arm and upper body strength!! I know girls who have been doing contortion their whol elife and can't do that!! Do a handstand and put your feet on the wall, then do push-ups like that... it helps!!!

Maybe you should add a triple fold to your performance?
Never the less, I think is fantastic. Especially the grace you have in your movements. It definitely shows you have a great control over them.
