Sharks are well known for blood of humans but different species react different, try an adult great white shark or hammerheads. Age of sharks determine what foods to eat also, the older they are the more they like to eat larger preys, including humans. I doubt mythbusters with a large wound would go directly in 100 great white sharks and hammerheads if they believe this.

Lemon sharks never eat anything other than fish. They are too small.

Take a larger shark that is accustomed to the blood of mammals - especially seals. Seals are our closest relatives in the oceans and are common in the diet of larger sharks. A lemon shark would never eat a seal. Wrong size.

Smaller sharks don't even try to bite humans because of this.
