We ended up going back home, because in the second video the cop tells us we will be arrested if we protest.

Also the cop tell us to go past the bridge, which we did. That's where smurf did his speech (which is hard to understand). On video 5 the cop comes back and tells us to go another 1/2 mile further.

That cop was clearly influenced by the Scientologists.

We never pursued anything with him, but you are welcome to send this to anybody else that can act on this.

I couldn't agree more, I was recently booked at Robert Presley Detention Center. While I was there my civil rights were violated. The police claimed I was being "combative", but I seriously don't understand that since I was obeying the sheriffs on duty's commands along with already being booked. About five deputies grabbed me from the common holding cell and then proceeded to beat me up leading to a concussion. I'll most definitely be filing a federal case against those assholes.

I don't know that it has to do with CFR 42, I think it's Title 42 of the Federal Code. Here is a link to one page about it, there are many if you search online for "Title 42 Section 1983" Just like that in quotes.

Title 42 and CFR 42 must be different. Please search online for "Title 42 Section 1983" and "Civil Rights" and you will find the right law. For $400 you can file a case in Federal Court. You need the Ninth District's guide for people without a lawyer, (online on Ninth District Website, no link right now but searchable also) and you need to write up comlaint according to local rules, file it at Fed District Court that has jurisdiction over place incidents/arrests/prosecutions took place.

I just talked to a Sgt. and Lt. at the San Jacinto police department, and both said it was legal to protest as long as you weren't named in the injunction (i.e. Keith Henson) Both men were incredibly reasonable. COS calls them up with mis-information and they have to act neutral, and that's what happened here. They both said their would be no Seven Degrees of Kevin Bacon regarding who can protest.
