awesome!! each piece looks like part of the car o.O. most of the transformer animations ive seen, once the robot has transformed, look like pieces appeared from nowhere and werent part of the original car. i hope i can learn how to do this. do u know of any good tutorials?

This is verry nice, you definitely want this in your reel. The overlapping animation and lagging movements are great. How many bones does the rig have? I haven't done one yet just thinking about the rig alone.
