I love this. The only improvement I can even think to suggest would be if you had put in actual shots of the cave scenes in the game or fanart images of them--the weird purple spiral thing doesn't enhance the nostalgia very well! X'D

I can't stop listening to this. It's so peaceful and serene but, and I don't know why, part 2:20 to 2:46 almost makes me wanna cry. And, oddly enough, it reminds me of the 90's song "Back to Life" by Soul II Soul. Whatever the reason, I love this remix and you would have to be deaf to not hear the original in there. Haven't found another remix of this that even comes close to the depth that this one has.

Hirokazu Tanaka is the man behind most of the music that comes from Nintendo produced games. Ranging from Metroid, Mario, Donkey Kong and so on. That's why it may sound similar to other titles like Metroid (and Donkey Kong Country water stages as well).
