So funny that I found this site because I work for Carson and Barnes. I'm their advance clown!! I've worked for them for 2 years and have done this type of work now for over 25 years. Too funny! This is a great show!
I have over 100 acres on a scenic peninsula off Lake Corpus Christi in Texas. It has some old wells and septic and electricity. if someone who didn't hunt wanted to stay there and do a bit of landscaping and make their well and septic operational - that could work! I'm just thinking an hr or two a day of work once utilities are operational.
