That subscription guy is seriously lacking in intelligence. To pay Arbuckle 10 cents per issue means that the seller is losing money. He'll never feed his family that way.

If I were him, I'd keep working the salesman until he's paying me hundreds of dollars an issue to "buy" sponge illustrated.
