If I were one of the few whites living in a black dominated neighborhood and saw Black Panthers with guns at the polling place, I'd certainly be intimidated big time. Once lived in such a neighborhood and was often afraid to leave the house knowing what had previously happened to others like myself in that neighborhood. Black Panthers with guns would only increase that fear even further.
