luckily my MRI people were nice enough to give me head phones and use my CD with my own choice of music and put it on full blast.. it worked.. except when Ellie Goulding hit the high notes the headphones stopped working and all i could hear was basically the sounds in your video

@Lenzo10 He's not wrong, about the noises, but i wouldn't describe the experience as fun, I have to have one every 3 months I hate it. I have to be canulated every time I have one because I have bifficated veins and that too is horrid although it is marginally better than them putting 6 different holes in me during the middle of a scan just to inject the dye. ;{

I watched this video last night because I was supposed to get an MRI today.

As soon as I got in the MRI, I started laughing because THIS is exactly what it sounded like.

Yup. that's pretty much how it sounded. It was a horrible experience. I was stuck in the MRI for about 1 hours 20 minutes while they took xrays of my brain and spine. The longest MRI scan I've ever had yet. It sounds like a demolition drill going off all around you in different sequences. I never want to have to go through that again! :(

1h30 minutes here, pretty much started freaking out because of the pain (back problems >_>) I seriously don't recommend it to anyone that has to do anything over an hour. Being that still is insanely stressful.

People get MRIs cuz they have a problem, And listening to some muffled sound for a little while is nothing compared to the Getting the problem diagnosed and alternately fixed. I was wearing earplugs you idiot. You honestly didn't read anything of what I wrote, nobody goes for MRI as long as I did, I had a full spinal MRI which takes ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES. Most MRIs last LESS than 45 minutes. Also, I couldn't move my ENTIRE BODY.

oh wow. Are MRN's the same way?!? MRN is a new technology for taking detailed pictured of nerves. Why? A nurse fucked up my nerve while drawing blood. The idiot bitch told me to rest my elbow over a ledge and stuck the needle almost vertically into the vein and hit the lateral antibrachieal cutaneous nerve (which some doctors don't even know about.)

Take care of yourselves if you're gonna get your blood drawn, many of these "nurses" only get a couple of hours of training ....on dummies
