Yes, the first is vacuum forming, and the second is a CNC mill. Looks like they are making extra heavy duty TV dinner trays.

@JustinMPerea Well the first thing is a vacuum former, molding some plastic. I believe the second process is on a milling machine. It appears to be some kind of tray but I'm not too sure for what.
