It's not bad. I've experimented with animating on Vegas, and I could say I'm quite impressed with the effects..

Still. Many of the things you use too much is characters just standing in a black screen doing one certain movement. A bit too "clean", eh?

Actually, I could say this with most of the scenes. Characters doing a certain movement, with a flashy background effect to make it decent looking..

Mouth syncing was a bit weird to me and didn't seem like it fit the song.

If you do use mouth syncing, try finding a method to incorporate your music and your own style of animating into it.
