This is what is known as mindscaping, since 1993 and the start of the X Files there have been more and more shows about alien invasions and conspiracies concerning Government complicity. Why because as with all hypnosis and mind control programing you need the subjects to be loosened up and ready to recieve the input. You cant just hit them with it cold, because you end up with a situation like the Orson Wells War of the Worlds scenario.

I have never heard a scientist utter more utter nonsense than Dr Kaku in this interview. If extraterrestrials had wanted our planet, they could have taken it decades ago. Apparently they're not here to conquer; instead, all the recent testimonies of officials and dignitaries who have had contact point to the unequivocally benign intentions of the space visitors. I wish supposedly intelligent people such as Dr Kaku, or those who listen to them, would stop to apply some logic.
