How to poo: You will need: A butt A toilet (Optional) Fiber Step 1: Approach toilet Step 2: Sit on the toilet Step 3: Use mussels around your butt aria to push the poo out (if you have trouble you may need to use the fiber and wait... or you may just need to wait until you actually need to poo... you know when you need to poo when you feal a pressure around your butt area) Step 4: Stand Step 5: Wipe butt Step 6: Flush toilet Step 7: wash hands Step 8: Go back to what you were doing.
@TheCliffordCult haha, i was just thinking the same thing. that's obviously the space needle on the machine, but i wonder if the video was made in or near seattle. that'd be pretty cool. :)
Also, if you are trying to lose weight. It's a peace of cake (lol). Simply consume around 500 less calories per day than you burn. Take your weight, multiply it by 20, then subtract 500. Or you can do one of the calorie burning calculators. Then, if you arn't losing weight lower the calorie intake by 200-250 until you begin losing weight. Speak to a health care provider prior to losing weight, or doing anything physical for that matter.
Or eat fruits/veggies. One thought of why people are overweight is that they aren't getting proper nutrients. As such, their bodies are starved for proper nourishment and a person thinks he/she is hungry, when really they are only hungry for the right kinds of foods.
Fruits and vegetables are a tool for nutrition, they are not a bases for a nutrition plan however. For example, fruits allow your body to process vitamins and minerals (Along with other forms of macronutrients) more efficiently since they contain nutrients which most individuals are heavily deficient (Even if they take multi-vitamins). Either way, one must consume whole foods, and foods that are not processed in place of junk food to lose serious weight and gain serious muscle.
we get it, i just got out of nutrition class as well. but if you were further along in your career you would know you shouldn't be prescribing people with 1 paragraph on the youtubes comment section.
im not prescribing anything, i'm just introducing the basics of nutrition to weight gain or loss. Also, i never took a nutrition class (Besided joke health classes in high school). Notice how I recommended seeing a doctor prior to going on a nutrition plan.
The nutrition label on the side of a package doesn't always tell you whether or not a food is healthy. First of all, process foods are almost never worth eating (Well over 99% of the time). In addition, you want about a 40%/30%/30% ratio of carbohydrates, protein, fats respectively. However, this should be adjusted based on physical activity, age, sex, history, stress levels, etc...
Always discuss a nutrition plan with a doctor prior to committing to it.
Check out the Alkaline Diet (google it). Basically, people should eat their fruits and veggies (non-pesticide versions). There isn't anything "healthy" in a vending machine. If you're going to eat from a vending machine, it might as well be something you enjoy.
Sad, I was hoping they touched on this "Heart Healthy" thing I see in our vending Machines. I was wondering how true it is...I usually go muffin for my choice, Hope that isn't too bad. 600 calories that is 30 mins on the treadmill or almost 1/4 of my daily in take, that SUCKS!
First of all, get your lazy ass off of treadmills they suck and they are a waste of time. Perhaps do some proper GPP work, a circuit should usually have 2 recovery drills, then two semi-explosive drills in 30 second intervals each and build up to 12-18 consecutive minutes of GPP and you will laugh at people on treadmills for the rest of your life. GPP can be done with or without weights. But please, get professional advice (Medically and Physically) first and properly warm-up (Dynamically).
1. No need to be so mean, I can see many people think you are a douche. Regardless, calling is lazy and an ass is uncalled for.
2. You have no idea, what I do on a treadmill or why I'm even doing what I do, which actually matters how I train. I do know you are using the Term GPP wrong. GPP is General Physical Preparedness, it is NOT a measurable stat, but merely a training routine, much like P90X.
3. I'll take your advice, for what is worth, but there is a reason I pay a PT...
The problem is almost all public personal trainers know absolutely nothing about adequate training. GPP can be measured by the length of time in which it is performed. GPP is a circuit of exercises performed over durations. Longer durations with proper posture = a better conditioned individual.
P90X was made by some retard that doesn't understand muscle development and weight control. He doesn't know what the term 'strength' (Which is very broad) means, and he uses split routines (Suck).
Also, he doesn't understand the difference between internal and external rotation exercises. In addition, P90x doesn't base the exercise program to the consumers needs, and the program is nothing but an injury risk.
You also fail to understand that GPP is a tool, not an entire workout routine. You should add full body movements, core training (Not crunches/sitting on your ass), stretching AFTER your workout, etc... Please specify the reasons you use a treadmill for further assistance.
Here in sweden we have fresh fruit in the vendingmachines wrapped in thin plastic (useally apples cause of their long lifetime). And they are changed once a week.
Usually, yeah. It would apply in a situation where you're hungry at work, school, rehearsal, theme parks, etc and you want to eat healthy (or healthier haha) but you don't have the opportunity to seek that out at that moment.

Well, It is used by in me three ways.
1. Running inside, I live in Minnesota I can't always run outside.
2. Running on a Incline usually on a interval.
3. Sprinting, 30s on 10s jog repeat 8-12 times.
I have a AIS streching routine, that was given to me by a Sports Therapist. It varies based on my workout.
Sorry, if I'm wrong on GPP, but what I learned comes from Crossfit.
I agree with the P90X stuff, tried it and it's more of a diet than anything.
