Guys - Simple. It's not done in space. Its a plane they are in flying at terminal velocity down which gives zero gravity for approx 1-3 minutes depending on altitude. Watch it again. You can see the water fall down fast as the plane starts to level out. Not in space at all! I wish we could get our commercial pilots to do this on long haul flights to make things interesting:)

@rodier2 A "vomit comet" is an aircraft specifically made to train future astronauts/etc in free falling. It allows the people to float for a short period of time, but consequently doubles the G-Force therefore gravity it multiplied x2 for also a short amount of time as well.
