Nice song... but Ms Sraboni Borua is pronouncing "aa" as "o" .... "probaho" as probOho", "tomalo" as "tomOlo" ... this pronunciation is a very imp part of rabindrasangeet.
Beautifully sung by both of you!! My respect for singers like you has increased by many folds. The natural beauties are also marvelous!! I think all Bengalees (irrespective of country where we live) have a inclination for Bangladesh and it is increases when we see Bangladesh on videos!! Anyway, both of you are just excelent singers. Heard the Urdu version of this song from Ustad Piya Rang( Runa Lailas's frst Ustad in karachi circa 1960) at Bulbul Acedamy Karachi. I was then a student only 12 then but the melody was in my head and to day i heard the Bengla version, so good so great melody composed in Mian Key Malhar by Tagore. Can some one please provide the lyrics in English. I am trying to sing and record it in Urdu again.

It is evidence again that the Bengali culture has the tendency to overly slow down the natural smooth flow of continuity of performing arts - when they perform. Although I believe that the style of these songs are very much like medieval European classical songs, I am sure he would be very happy to see at least some of his songs are sang a little faster!!

all time favourite.. well executed, presented..overall artistic choreography tasteful..so glad that shraboni has such a pleasant presence..not over done on her costume or accessories..very decent indeed, just in line with the great poetry/melody of rabindranath.. OMG i love the swing, where they are seated at some point..
This is a beautiful song. I listen it again and again like an intoxicated man. Your syncronisation is wonderful. your emotional involvement makes the song so live. I believe, both of you have brighter days ahead.
