the wierd thing is is that i cant figure out why maikaze or whoever is in charge of the touhou project cureent why they havn't capitalized on this.they have nearly all of japan in a hypnotized state of touhou craze and alot of people in the U.S. are watching these vids too. so why dont they step up on the making of an anime of this. they started i but only made one ****ing episode.and that was a few years ago. they should realy make an anime before the touhou craze dies off thumbs up if u agree

Mehh nostalgia its been 1,5 years, this was my first IOSYS and touhou arrange and yet its my favourite until today .Of course at first time i questioned my friend what anime it is. When i found out that touhou is game series.When i listened all IOSYS discography , watched their pv's and sadlly saw their downfall . IOSYS still manage to make good stuff however not so badass as this video. And after IOSYS i found out Bad apple and fall in love with Alstroemeria Records until today

I believe that the doll would also be referred to as Medicine, in the same way that, even though we refer to Youmu's ghost half as Myon, it's really just Youmu as well. Technically, we should call the ghost half Youmu as well.

This most likely also holds true for Kogasa, who also has two bodies (her humnoid one and her real/original, umbrella one).

Of course, this is just my interpretation, but I hope that it helps.
