Yes-the bill Obama is signing today, could lead to mass inflation. Our great grand children are still going to be paying for the "stimulus package", and we are not going to have anything to show for it. Obama has only been in office for 3 weeks, and is about to spend more than what Bush spent on the entire war- and we still have 4 years of his spending to go. His spending will exceed the GDP of the world.

According to citizenship and naturalization law anybody born who has at least one parent who is a US citizen is a natural born US citizen. Likewise anyone born on US soil is a natural born US citizen. Sorry folks. Obama is a natural born US citizen irrespective of his father's nationality because 1) his mother is a US citizen and 2) he was born in Hawaii. Time to grow up!!

No. to be considered a natural born citizen you need to be born in the U.S. to parents who hold no other allegiance to another country.

If ever the Constitution hung by a thread is now... it seems that thread is about to unravel or cut unless we stand up and save it. The courts won't save it, i doubt the senate will even try, maybe the house( afew will try) and the president (who ever it will be) won't. It is up to each independant american to do so.

I can only hope that the United States Supreme Court will uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. Many people have fought and died for that document. To have a Barclay Surrick rule we as citizens do not have a right to defend our Constitution is to say the document has no value. A judge does not have the power to tell any of us that we do not have rights. I joined the military and took an oath to defend and protect the constitution against all foes. USSC please do your job.

Yes, Hawaii Revised Statute 338-178 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the childs birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence. The parents do not have to be US citizens, and the child is issued a Certification of Live Birth, just like the one Obama claims is proof he was born in Hawaii. It is only proof that his birth was registered there, and nothing more.
