Can you post a recipe for a smoothie for the morning? I can't get up in the morning and would like to make smoothies as a new start to try something new.
I find that waking up early not only helps me get more sunshine. But as a matter of fact makes me finish things I gotto do earlier and then when I get home I feel like I didn't miss out because its still day time. That was my biggest problem when I slept in was waking up and having things to do that by the time you were finished the day was over!

It surely is much nicer to wake up early and get things like exercise done by 8 or 9 am, but still yet to figure this habit out completely...
I've been considering going raw vegan for awhile, would I have to consult my doctor about getting nutrients supplements. Or is there anything that I should take into consideration?

Great points about waking up early. I have a hard time in the winter waking up early because it's soo dark out until 630 am here in New England. I am going to set my bedroom light on a timer to help with getting up ..... any other ideas??
I wake up every morning at 5:00 so I have time to make my juice and watch the sun rise. I love it. I haven't set an alarm in years. I don't even know if it works. Having a peaceful entry to the day totally changes your life for the better. Starting your morning wtih a yoga class sounds wonderful. Unfortunately I still have to go to an office. Your skin glows today. I know some people still like tatoos but I think natural is prettier on you. You have great skin.

@havokeachday could b that you may have been sleep deprived for a while? everybody is different on their sleep but you need to sleep until you are rested.
