i don't know what its called but you need to push down on the strings harder so that it doesn't make that nasty unclean vibrating sound.

@jimmeee the capo has to be put immediately above the fret not in the middle of a fret like he has done.his technique is not wrong as u can see by his transitions he is an experienced player.It's the wrong positioning of the capo
