It's true, the S15 never came out to the US, but there are Left hand drive S15. There's also a company in California that does a complete LHD conversion for any import. They mainly do Skylines and S15 Nissans. I can guarantee there was never a LHD S15 sold in America, but people still have them.
As a muscle car guy...I recently picked up an AE85 (not AE86) for the Lemons series. Love this car. It's as easy to work on as my Formula 400 and knocks down 29mpg. FWD guys are missing out.

I agree with the fact that an FF series car is in every way inferior when put on the track against an FR, MR, 4WD, or AWD car. In almost any case, this is true (AE86 FTW!!) But don't be over-opinionated assholes about it. Everybody has their preferences, and cars are engineered a certain way for a reason. For instance, on a rainy surface, especially downhill, FF series cars have a huge advantage (believe it or not), or on a drag strip, you might find an FF competing with the best of 'em.

The only 2 good hondas are the NSX and S2000. They are RWD sports cars. Everything else is fwd rice, except their street bikes. Both America and Japan makes great looking and fast RWD sports cars, like Supras, Corvettes, 300ZXs, Cameros, etc. But they also make fwd cars that ricers love.
I own a 95 Supra and 90 300ZX, so of course I like Japanese RWD sports cars. I sold my 91 S13 coupe, but it never sounded like a ricey honda. It was quiet and was a fun car. Miatas are fun to drive, and also handle 10 times better than a civic.

Besides despite having a boxey shape at least it doesnt look like it was drawn by a child with a ruler like other japanese cars from the 80's like the skiline R31. Actualy when you think about it the proportions on the AE86 are kind of nice. But honda stil make nicer looking cars

some people just take time to realize that the rear wheels were meant to do more than just hold the ass of the car off the ground. i have had alot of nice fwd cars, but its not exciting, yeah you can make them fast, and yeah maybe win some autox, but thats like bringing a donkey to the kentucky derby. they get respect where its deserved, but nothing beats a balanced layout, when you have your front wheels trying to brake, steer , and drive, ...well you get what im saying.

It's true, the S15 never came out to the US, but there are Left hand drive S15. There's also a company in California that does a complete LHD conversion for any import. They mainly do Skylines and S15 Nissans. I can guarantee there was never a LHD S15 sold in America, but people still have them.

As a muscle car guy...I recently picked up an AE85 (not AE86) for the Lemons series. Love this car. It's as easy to work on as my Formula 400 and knocks down 29mpg. FWD guys are missing out.
If it's called a TYPE-R, why is it street legal? If was track only, imagine the weight savings. FWDs need to stay off race tracks and keep to the streets as economy cars as they were meant to be. I wonder how much that integra cost vs the corolla? How embarrassing....

@nickholla the price of a dc2r today is 13k clean, while an ae86 gts with NO damage is 10k. theres not much of a price difference. and a stock ae86 cant beat a stock DC2R. So stay off the track. if you've ever seen BMI they race fwds against rwds and the FWD wins alot of the times. there was even a hot version episode where an eg6 beats an ae86, nsx, and an s2k. and it wasnt even going to compete. and since when does being a muscle car guy mean buying a SOHC 1.6 liter engine powered car?

Thats why tsuchiya is the best its always the drivers who can be totally relaxed and having fun while racing that do better cause they have faith in their skills and equipment and they can come up with faster lines.And if i had to guess why he cant meet qualification in d1 is because he probably goes to fast into the corners and during the drifts that just figures they wont let him compete just because he is better driver then any other driver there whats the world coming to.

Sorry, but INFERIOR front wheel drive cars takes the fun out of fast driving and fast cornering. There's a big reason why sports cars and high end cars are RWD. Nobody wants a fwd Supra, 300ZX, NSX, etc. Skilled drivers prefer RWD sports cars over fwd economy cars. Those silly fwd cars will hold you back against any RWD sports car with equal or greater horsepower. Come on now.

I agree with the fact that an FF series car is in every way inferior when put on the track against an FR, MR, 4WD, or AWD car. In almost any case, this is true (AE86 FTW!!) But don't be over-opinionated assholes about it. Everybody has their preferences, and cars are engineered a certain way for a reason. For instance, on a rainy surface, especially downhill, FF series cars have a huge advantage (believe it or not), or on a drag strip, you might find an FF competing with the best of 'em.

@juno4000 i used to own a s2000 ap1 with moderate mods and im telling ya a v8 with a ls3 couldnt pull away. u guys underate it too much cause u think 2L Oh its gonna be slow. vtec has come along way, try reving ur car to 9000 it would prob blow up. its piss easy to pump power by forced induction but its much more expensive and complex to pump out power from a NA car cause every kwatts counts. its not the fastest but its a pleasure to drive a high reving car just like motorbikee

The only 2 good hondas are the NSX and S2000. They are RWD sports cars. Everything else is fwd rice, except their street bikes. Both America and Japan makes great looking and fast RWD sports cars, like Supras, Corvettes, 300ZXs, Cameros, etc. But they also make fwd cars that ricers love.

I own a 95 Supra and 90 300ZX, so of course I like Japanese RWD sports cars. I sold my 91 S13 coupe, but it never sounded like a ricey honda. It was quiet and was a fun car. Miatas are fun to drive, and also handle 10 times better than a civic.
