@spiritofjosh cuz they dont make power till like 12million rpm's.a n/a vw motor can be built more reliable than if it was just turboed. you have to do way more shit to a honda for it to hold the boost a vw motor could. try a 2.ol motor holding about 400hp with stock internals only new valve springs, injecters, and a cam. can a honda do that NOPE! hondas are lighter with high reving motors. its ok that the japs copied the germans just like they always have. where do you think the vtec came from?

im running a fully built b20b non vtec and ill smoke that car all day long way more power and smokes almost anything on the street and i have under 4 grand total in it and i actually own a golf to and weak vw's are wack i have had a few to many honda is the way to go
