it was really hard to change any of the features of my channel(ex: bg, font colors, icons). i had to log out and log back in for any little thing i changed. and i still cant figure o which videos are favorites and which were made by the the person who's channel im on. its too complex in my opinion and i HAVE tried it. so it should stay optional.

U have to delete either favorites or uploaded vids to see more of either one. & who wants to stay within the small channel to view the video. if U could make it zoom instead of shrink smaller that would be helpful. everything is all about making us smaller like shrinking our members & masculinity to almost non existent organs to function properly. Well, I joined just a few days ago, and on top of my channel it says: "Revert to old channel."  Also, if you click on "Account" on top, you can say to change back to old channel. :) Hope it helps!

If you go to a channel and click on a video in that channel on BETA the video opens in the channel instead of the main youtube page like before. That way, people are forced to stay on that certain channel longer, thus increasing the chance of you clicking on an advertisement link, thus giving youtube more money!

Google and Youtube is a business, they have to upgrade their systems so that they don't utterly suck in performance compared to other sites, if you think the new layout is slow, use a browser with a better javascript rendering engine. It's faster.
