i didnt see any excessive force used. the responding officers were shown restraining the guy and they would not have used force at all if the guy would have just complied. being 14 dosent give you a free pass to break the law.

The fact that this kid is charged with resisting arrest is questionable at best and the officer actions will be challenged in court.. Many times officers will charge a person with resisting arrest when they have no actual crime to charge you with . Question when did this kid know he was under arrest. The fact that little details are being give is suspect at best. If this had not been on video the officer word alone would get this kid convicted.
