i hope that you kids know that that bridge was used to hang slaves back during the 1800's. it was the man who lived in the forks of cypress (Andrew Jackson) who did it. the ghosts of the slaves are why they closed the bridge in the first place. cars where being thrown off the bridge for no reason by an invisible force. also, how could you have drove back there in 2008, because it was closed before 2008. also great video. all i did was put in Florence alabama i have wanted2go to ghostbridge here.
@branbransan01 We have a lot of history on the bridge. And have had alot of sghost experiences there. Nothing has ever happened if we took a video camera. But these videos were took 3 years ago and we still go and the kids are older now and we have had some crazy experiences there. But we love anything that involves ghost or or hauntings...whatever you want to call it... You should go at night sometime....we have a lot of pictures from night time...
I got a picturetaken on that b ridge that has somethign in the picture that was not there when we took it. We were taking pics of the grafiti and got home and looked at them and there is a perfect picture of a womans face and she is holding onto her neck. NO BULLSHIT!! It still gives me the creeps.
The whole area is "Haunted" by runaway slaves.I have also heard a legend about a little girl being ran over and that she now haunts it.If you go there out night,thats when its freaky.Devil Worshipers and people like that gather around and kill animals pouring their blood everywhere trying to bring back the lost souls.If you look closely during the daytime you can see the carcass hanging from trees and blood pured around the bridge.There used to be a hole where someone made a fire on the bridge.

When they were around the middle, we'd run at the car, yelling and screaming like idiots (lucky we didn't get blasted).

I've been with 30 other people at one time (a drama group from h.s. during october) and if you aren't careful and quiet the person who lives in that house nearby will run you off with a shotgun!!! We walked across it and more to the forks of cypress and we seen 4wheelers coming out after us. We couldn't tell if it was some of our classmates playing a joke on us or if it was the owners of the FOC. Needless to say, our teacher
